If you’ve entered the wrong registration, please purchase another ticket with the correct details. Once you’ve done that, contact us with both registrations and we’ll arrange a refund for the original ticket.

Please note: we cannot amend tickets once they’ve been purchased.

• Reopen the payment link at www.buzzpay.co.uk, or

• Click the link in your receipt email.

Both options will allow you to extend your stay quickly and easily.

Yes, you can come and go as often as you like during your paid session. However, you must have a valid ticket for the time your vehicle is parked in the car park.
