Mobile Payment Gateway for Parking

We are FindParkPay, a startup company that formed via the Falmouth University MSc Launch Pad program back in 2019.

Through our frustrations of using lots of apps to pay for parking we decided there must be a better solution without having to download and setup an app.

FindParkPay set out on a path to look at simplifying the mobile payment process for car parks. We have spent time with the Cornwall Council and their parking team, undertaken face to face interviews in car parks, running surveys and lots of user testing of existing apps. All of this showed us where the failings are in the payment process and how we could improve them.

From all this research we built m.buzzpay.co.uk a straightforward web based application which reduces the stumbling blocks for its users. No signing up, no registering of cards or car details and no app to download.

Enter you Reg, Select the fee, add an email address and pay

The user will be sent an email receipt that also has a link so they can extend the session. All this is backed up with an admin system and an enforcement portal for the enforcement officers to see which vehicles have an active session.
